About

After receiving my Master’s degree in cellular, viral, and molecular biology, I began my professional career selling IntelliGenetics’ SpeedReader base-calling system in the Western U.S. and doing many, many, PC/GENE demos.

Moving on to Molecular Dynamics’ marketing group, I handled product management and sales training responsibilities, and developed strong lead-generation programs for the company’s PhosphorImager, FluorImager, Storm, and other flatbed imaging systems. Seeking an earlier start-up opportunity, I joined Pangea Systems where I handled corporate communications. At my next position, as Associate Director of Marketing at Connetics Corporation,  I supported the development of continuing medical education (CME) programs while managing pharmaceutical pricing, promotion, product development, and sales training for the company’s rheumatology division.

Returning ten years ago from pharma, I founded my life science marketing consultancy to formalize my moonlighting activities. My business is sustained by recommendations and referrals from my friends and colleagues.
